Drinker Biddle & Reath

Drinker Biddle & Reath, a national law firm providing litigation, regulatory and business solutions to corporations, occupies 80,000 SF in Washington, DC. Construction occurred over four phases. DBR moved into each renovated floor as it was completed. The final phase of work consisted of a 15-room conference center which features three century-old historic rooms. Each phase included new MEP systems which were coordinated with the base building’s roll over of its mechanical plant.
