1525 Wilson Boulevard

This 6,500 SF project included a complete renovation of the building’s lobby and fitness center, the creation of a conference center and upgrades to the building’s facade. New lighting and polished floors invite tenants and guests to the newly expanded lobby featuring a cyber cafe with accent flooring and a glass mosaic wall. The new fitness center features an open ceiling and three single stall shower rooms filled with top of the line finishes. The conference center is a great new amenity to tenants with a glass walled conference room and an open classroom set-up both featuring state of the art audio visual technology. The building’s exterior has been updated to a sleek new design with textured acrylic finish on the front face of the building as well as a glass and stainless steel railing.
