Oak Health Club

The Oak Health Club project is a 20,400 SF full service premier health club and gym developed by AARP. This project is located at a new one story retail development in Ashburn, Virginia and was completed from a cold dark shell. The health club consists of a full kitchen and café for members called Canopy, large exercise rooms for yoga and group workout classes, a free weight and cardio area and a business center for members use. There is a large 8,800 SF outdoor yoga yard with turf flooring for outdoor classes, a large sun sail to keep member shaded and areas for dining and relaxing. The spa area known as Revive at Oak includes two massage rooms, a cryotherapy room and two infrared saunas. The locker rooms have been built with custom locking lockers, large showers with individual changing areas and towel and vanity stations. Some of the upgraded finishes for this project include stone countertops at Canopy and the locker rooms, polished concrete, porcelain tile and rubber flooring throughout, specialty lighting at all areas of the health club and custom day lockers located outside the locker rooms.
