Class A in-place renovation comprising high-end office suites for 200 employees and an elegant conference center featuring specialty curved glass and custom sidelights. Sycamore wood paneled walls and doors are employed throughout. Marble onyx flooring and dramatic indirect lighting adorn the entrances. Italian plaster beautifies a unique art niche for employees and visitors. With a total construction value of $8 million, this project will be completed in August, 2008.
