Scope: 7,000 SF, 7 week project
Peris Companies, Inc. was awarded this project due to its fast-track scheduling expertise. This build-out involved custom millwork stations, conference room, maple paneling, angled glass partitions and high-end finishes including Polomyx and fabric wall-covering. Peris Companies, Inc. worked directly with the tenant and architect to ensure scheduling requirements and budget constraints were met.

Allstate Insurance Company
Fairfax, VA
46,000 SF, 3-phase project. CMD Realty Advisors bid the fee and general conditions to a select list of bidders of this tenant-in-place project. Peris was awarded the project and in turn, bid the drawings to three subcontractors in each trade. Peris coordinated the telephone/data installation and move for the Allstate employees. The project was completed on schedule and on budget.
Chantilly, VA
The 26,000 SF occupied renovation consists of electrical and mechanical upgrades, new wall layouts, floor and wall finishes and the reconfiguration of approximately 17,000 SF of modular furniture over raised access panel flooring. The architect is Paul L. Cox and Associates of Falls Church, Virginia.

Computer Science Corporation
Washington, DC
This project was a 46,000 SF phased renovation primarily involving carpet and paint finishes as well as demolition and new wall modifications. Supplemental HVAC work was quite extensive to accommodate the equipment required in their business operation. Peris installed 6 supplemental units throughout the 2 floors occupied by CSC. All work in each phase was completed on schedule and on budget.

Charles E. Young Elementary School
Washington, DC
Window Restoration Project 232 window units, 8-week project. This project was awarded on a negotiated design build basis and in turn Peris worked with DCPS and EPA to develop windows specification criteria for the project, replaced 232 rotting windows, provided in-house plastering, masonry, painting, and carpentry repairs. This project was completed 7-weeks ahead of schedule and on budget. Renovation Project Peris renovated each of the 275 rooms of the 70,000 SF school. Our work included the repair of deficient items, (brick facade, ceilings, decaying plaster, broken windows, etc.) for the EPA in conjunction with their microbacterial study of public schools throughout the country.

Benton Foundation
Washington, DC
24,000 SF, 10 week project. Peris was awarded this high-end build-out based on fee and general conditions. Peris participated in 8 weeks of pre-construction activities including several critical programming meetings to assist in materials and design methods. The project included a number of unique finish materials as well as high tech features that reflect The Benton Foundation Image.

American Legacy Foundation

22,000 SF, 3 phase project over 120 days. This high-end build-out incorporates several unique finish products including leather flooring, custom stone flooring, Rayco glass system, and multiple stainless steel accents throughout. Additionally, the project also contains custom built workstations and major custom lighting fixtures throughout. The project team also includes O'Brien, Travis, Jaccard of Washington, DC and Quadrangle Development.
