Oceana

This 3-month project with a budget of $1 million dollars creates a common theme with the use of many glass elements, architectural graphics, and other Ocean-related details. A river rock reception desk welcomes visitors to the space. An open and sunny floorplan addresses a project goal to invite the outside indoors. A perimeter corridor adjacent to the exterior windows allows plentiful sunlight into the space. In addition, this corridor provides lots of beautiful light to enter the interior offices—a rarity for many urban office spaces today.
