Ballard Spahr

This 13,000 sq. ft. Class A build-out for Ballard Spahr , a national law firm, was completed in April 2007. Three conference rooms are separated from the reception area with zebrawood and glass partitions. The reception area is completed with lacquer paneling, a marble and walnut desk, a built in bench with fabric paneling and multiple plasma tvs. A dozen walnut, lacquer and stone secretary stations are spread throughout the space. This office project is the 3rd of 4 phase build-out Peris has completed with Ballard Spahr.
