A: I started out working in property management, and what really excited me about the business was just helping bring clients into their new office space. Conceptual Estimates
Based on line drawing/space plan and site previews, a detailed line item budget estimate of proposed construction costs will be prepared for client review.

Value Solutions
Based on preliminary budget, the scope of work is reviewed and modified to obtain a final budget estimate. Value solutions can also include: schedule compaction, line item deducts or adds and scope changes that reduce cost while maintaining design intent.

Preliminary Scheduling
Based on client input and space plans, a preliminary project schedule is prepared and includes: milestone dates for critical construction items, tenant coordination items, substantial completion date, impact of long lead items, and status of building permit.

Budget Preparation
Based on Line / Space plan and miscellaneous specifications as well as detailed site walkthrough and subcontractor input, a comprehensive line item budget of proposed construction costs will be prepared for client review.
